The principal’s office supports the school’s vision and mission by setting goals and promoting trust and collaboration among staff members. It also actively supports instruction and creates ties with families (students and their parents) and communities. Principals can raise the expectations of the school community and help everyone “live” the vision and mission of the school, which leads to increased effort and engagement from students and other stakeholders. By planning, directing, and supervising all tasks carried out by school stakeholders, the principal ensures that his effors are optimized and that the school’s vision, mission, and goals are achieved.

Administrative Officer
- Responsibilities:
• Oversees day-to-day administrative operations.
• Ensures compliance with school policies and procedures.
• Manages communication between staff, students, and parents.
• Assists in budget planning and resource allocation.
HR Officer
The HR related activities are usually done under the supervision and support of the United Trust (UT). The Academic Coordinator and the HR officers of the UT usually facilitate the HR recruitment and placement through school Admin Officer as per the requirements of the principal.
Responsibilities:
• Manages recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Oversees staff professional development and training programs.
• Ensures adherence to employment laws and regulations.
• Maintains staff records and monitors performance evaluations.
Receptionist/Admission/Front Desk Officer
Responsibilities:
• Acts as the first point of contact for visitors and inquiries.
• Provides administrative support to the principal and other staff.
• Manages schedules, appointments, and communication for school leadership.
• Assists with general office tasks such as filing, correspondence, and record-keeping.
Responsibilities:
• Financial Planning and Budgeting: Ensures the efficient allocation of resources by preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts in alignment with the school’s goals.
• Fee Collection and Management: Manages the collection of tuition fees, tracks payments, and handles financial queries from parents and guardians.
• Expense Monitoring: Keeps track of school expenditures, ensuring they are within the approved budget and spent wisely for the benefit of the students and school operations.
• Payroll Management: Administers the accurate and timely disbursement of staff salaries, benefits, and other compensations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepares detailed financial reports and statements for internal review and transparency purposes, ensuring the school’s financial health is regularly assessed.
• Audit and Compliance: Ensures that the school adheres to all financial regulations and undergoes regular internal and external audits to maintain accountability and transparency in financial practices.
Types of Meetings Chaired by the Principal: The types of meetings usually chaired by or attended by the Principal include formal, informal, emergency, annual, ad hoc or general meetings as follows:

Responsibilities:
• Academic Meetings: Monthly meetings normally planned in the first week of every month. The purpose is to review performance of previous month and coordination of events for coming month. These are also meeting with teachers for Curriculum and Syllabus development, Maintaining Academic Excellence, the Control of Examination and Publication of Results, Student Promotion and Suspension etc.
• Staff Meetings: Quarterly meetings with administrative staff to discuss any ongoing concerns to ensure smooth management of school operations.
• Parent-Teacher Meetings: Organizes structured interactions between parents and teachers to discuss student progress, address any challenges, and foster stronger home-school partnerships.
• Workshops and Training Sessions: Oversees the organization of professional development workshops and training for the teachers and staff to stay updated on the latest educational practices and regulations.
• Board and Stakeholder Conferences: Coordinates formal conferences with the school board, trustees, and other key stakeholders to review the school’s performance, future plans, and major decisions.

- Pre-Primary/Kindergarten Coordinator (Nursery to KG)
- Focuses on creating a nurturing and engaging learning atmosphere for our youngest learners, promoting early childhood development through play-based and structured activities.
- Primary Junior Coordinator (Grade 1 to 2)
- Oversees the foundational years of formal education, ensuring students build core skills in literacy, numeracy, and social development through interactive and student-centered learning.
- Primary Senior Coordinator (Grade 3 to 5)
- Guides students in the transition to more advanced academic skills, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity in preparation for higher grades.
Each coordinator works closely with teachers, parents, and students to ensure that the academic programmes meet the individual needs of every student while maintaining high educational standards.
